1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Custom Apparel & Media Submissions

When you submit photos, videos, or other media ("Highlights") to My Game Moment for custom apparel creation, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the media or have obtained all necessary permissions to use and authorize us to use the media. You retain ownership of your media, but grant us a license to modify, reproduce, and print the media solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

3. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product descriptions. Payment must be received in full before custom design work begins or products are shipped.

4. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are custom-made based on your submitted highlights, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided Highlights), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of My Game Moment and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall My Game Moment, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
